Our manufacturing takes place in ISO 13408-7:2012 certified Class 5 cleanrooms, including facilities for non-animal derived materials. We also offer flexible storage options at ambient, +4°C, and -20°C, along with offsite storage and drop shipment services.

Custom Media

LSG specialises in the production of cell culture reagents, including blocking sera, buffers, and both serum-free and serum-supplemented media. Our products are designed to support a broad range of research and bioproduct development.

Bulk Processing

We provide advanced filtration services for serum products and more. We utilise single-use systems with triple filtration to 0.1 microns, capable of processing volumes from 1 to 1,000 litres, ensuring the highest level of purity and safety.

Vial Fill and Finish

Optimise your importation costs by utilising our bulk shipping and re-dispensing services. We can repackage biological and media-based products into predefined vessels, capped to your exact specifications.

Kitting

We offer comprehensive kit manufacturing services, from initial design and material sourcing to reagent production, final packaging, and labelling. QA testing for individual components and final products can be offered as required.

OEM Supply

LSG have an expansive network of partners, offering specialist sourcing and OEM manufacture of a broad range of Life Science products. We are dedicated to delivering consistency, reliability, and high-quality outcomes in every project.

Powder Formulation and Dispensing

We provide powder formulation and dispensing services with batch sizes of up to 2000L and dispense volumes of up to 500g. We offer filling options in both bags and bottles, with a typical lead time of around 3 months, including powder milling.
